Iowa Family Counseling wants YOU to help us improve the standard health model by expanding our mental health counseling services and offerings in rural communities, in providing access to collaborative holistic health and wellness specialists, within one central office location. 

 

We are committed to supporting our therapists by providing competitive pay and benefits. Iowa Family Counseling provides administrative assistance with referrals, client paperwork, scheduling, billing and more. Additionally, we maintain a variety of clinical resources, educational materials, outreach programming, and a well-stocked play therapy room.  We actively work to minimize our therapist’s feelings of overwhelm and eliminate burnout that is typical within our field, by having regular case collaboration and consultation, while enhancing a supportive environment and team culture.
