• Do I have mental health benefits with my plan?

• Are both in-network and out-of-network providers covered?

• Are mental health therapy visits covered in-office and via telehealth?

• Do I have a deductible to meet? What is the amount and has it been met? 

  • Does my deductible apply to therapy visits?​

• Are there limits on the number of sessions per year?
