Iowa Family Counseling provides administrative assistance with referrals, client paperwork, scheduling, billing and more. Additionally, we maintain a variety of clinical resources, educational materials, outreach programming, and a well-stocked play therapy room. We actively work to minimize our provider's feelings of overwhelm and eliminate burnout that is typical within our field, by having regular case collaboration and consultation, team building/bonding, food celebrations, and more, while enhancing a supportive environment and team culture.
